For this remedy you will need
Rice + Wheat Flour + Curd
What to do:
- Take 1 cups of rice and wash it to remove all impurities
- Add water in this and cook it. Add some excess water so that some water remains there after cooking
- Once rice is cooked, filter this water
- Now take a mixing bowl. In this take around one and half table spoon of wheat flour
- Add 1 table spoon of curd
- Now in this add 3 table spoon of rice water

Fermented rice water
To make fermented rice water, use the same process for soaking the rice. Then, instead of refrigerating the water (after pressing and straining out the rice), leave it in a jar at room temperature for one or two days. When the container starts to have a sour smell, put it in the refrigerator. Dilute with plain water before using.
