Going to bed with your hair wet

This can cause a lot of friction.

When you go to bed and move your hair it can cause a lot of frizz at the back of the head so go ahead and dry up your hair before you sleep so that it doesn’t cause friction.

You may feel lazy but it only ends up causing much work for you in the morning, trust me!

You will have to work on your hair twice or more as long to get the frizz out.

Getting into a swimming pool without wetting your hair beforehand

when it is bone dry up, it can soak up a lot more water , so we are using the same concept to your hair.

If the hair is already wet, it won’t soak much water of the chemicals that are in the pool water that cause that greenish tint. A large number of hair styling products like a hair straightening iron, hairdryer, hair gels, sprays, and mousses, etc.

And every time you go out, you feel the need to quickly run the iron past your hair to make them smoother, or at least volumizing your hair by blow-drying it.

Now, If you too are guilty of doing this, you have to change. This is not good for behavior because it does great harm to your hair.

It dries out the natural moisture of your hair and makes it dry and prone to hair loss.

So the texture of your hair tends to become worse if you continue to use such heat and chemical-based products you are using on your hair.

You should not comb your hair too often

While combing your hair, you should not be too hard or too aggressive you should relax in combing your hair. Also, you should not comb it everyday.

Aggressive and excessive combing of hair will damage your hair in some time to come they make your hair prone to breakage.

This, in turn, will lead to hair failure. Also, you should never comb your hair when it is still wet it might lead to breakage.

This will also lead to hair fall. First, of all the strands with your fingertips, wait for them to dry out and then brush them slowly and gently.

Make it a habit to always use a broad-toothed comb.

 You don’t wear a cap or a hat

When it’s very hot in the day, make sure to protect your hair from the sun.T

he harmful UV rays of the sun can destroy your hair follicles and cause a great hair loss.

You should make sure to cover your hair with a scarf or wear a cap when you go out in the sun so that you do not destroy your hair.

Let your hair down when you are about sleep

If you have medium length or very long hair, you must always tie it before you sleep.

In this way, it will not get poorly tangled in the morning. If you are uncomfortable with braids, make sure to tie a loose one still.
